Isla Bastimentos is one of the most sought after locations in the Bocas del Toro archipelago with Bocas Bound located right at its heart. Paunch has long, “rippable” waves that are appropriate for all levels but it mostly attracts less experienced surfers because it is fun and less dangerous than most of the other breaks at Bocas. Kayaking from Bocas Bound is an amazing experience. You can choose glassy-peaceful waters on the back of Bastimentos or, to access remote beaches and coral gardens, the front of the island is for the more expert kayaker. |
