CRIE, a part of the University of Arizona's McGuire Center for Entrenpreneurship, aims to research methods and innovation. Currently, the main CRIE project is to host and compile a data reposity for United States patent data. The CRIE team is lead by Monte Shaffer, a Ph.D. in marketing. Assisting him in algorithm development are research associate Gianna M. Del Corso, Ph.d in Computationtal mathematics and Progressor ofalgorithms and data structures Francesco Romani, Ph.d cum laude in mathematics.
