The Bocas del Toro archipelago is home to some of Panama’s most pristine beaches, including Red Frog Beach on Isla Bastimentos. Paunch has long, “rippable” waves that are appropriate for all levels but it mostly attracts less experienced surfers because it is fun and less dangerous than most of the other breaks at Bocas. Over 50 types of indigenous plant and tree species have been planted at the Marina Village on Bastimentos. |
